- The Alberta Family History Society is participating in Historic Calgary Week this year. Their library is a wonderful resource for those who wish to research their family history. The Society is pleased to announce the availability of the Brian H. Hutchison Genealogical Scholarship of up to $500 to be awarded annually to a Canadian resident to study the field of genealogy and family history.
- The Calgary Heritage Initiative Society is dedicated to the preservation, productive use and interpretation of buildings and sites of historic and architectural interest in Calgary.
